When drive systems with high precision, reliability and extensive functionality are required to fit in small spaces, Nanotec supplies the necessary technology – either as standard solutions or individualized designs. With prototype construction and the production of customized assemblies located in Germany, and due to our policy of extensive warehousing, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to customer needs.
Nanotec’s innovative brushless DC and stepper motors, linear actuators and linear actuators, in sizes beginning at 10mm, together with a variety of gears and encoders, combine into a modular system with over 100,000 possible combinations. In addition, you can choose from a range of shaft, flange and connector types that rapidly and reliably connect to existing device architecture.
For demanding applications with precise position, speed, and torque control, Nanotec offers brushless DC motors with integrated controller in three sizes. Both BLDC motors and stepper motors feature field-oriented control via the integrated encoder and differ only in their working points.

Nanotec also offers programmable motor controllers for BLDC and stepper motors on the same technical basis in many different versions and with a wide power range.
Nanotec’s product range includes stepper motor linear actuators in three versions and six sizes. Thanks to their special stator geometry and optimized magnet materials, the Nanotec actuators generate more force than comparable actuators. Our product range is complemented by matching lead screws with a large selection of threads, diameters and lengths – in standard as well as customized versions.
When combined with a closed-loop controller from Nanotec, the actuators can be controlled via fieldbus, clock & direction or analog/digital inputs. If used with an encoder, the driving force can be controlled as well.

For brushless DC motors with up to 3 A rated current, the compact CSL3 controller is an ideal and cost-effective choice. Apart from speed control, it also supports positioning based on Hall signals. Via digital inputs predefined movement profiles can be retrieved quickly and easily.
The controllers of the N, C and CL series are designed for applications with fieldbus connection or complex sequence programs. They deliver maximum performance through field-oriented control with encoders or Hall sensors.
Our new 4-axis EtherCAT controllers run four brushless DC or stepper motors, with Hall sensors, incremental or SSI encoders providing motor feedback.
All three series can be parameterized and programmed with the Plug & Drive Studio, our easy-to-use software.
